We are continually monitoring the rapidly evolving situation with Coronavirus (COVID-19). The health and safety of our patients is always our top priority. We  are closely following the guidelines updated by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) to support a healthy and safe environment.

In an effort to reduce the risk of spreading COVID-19, please do the following:

  • If you are experiencing mild symptoms such as fever, sore throat, body aches, or a cough, please stay home and call us at 423-787-0000 x 0 to discuss options with a staff member.  We may ask you to do a telephone or video visit before coming in to the office.  

  • If you or a family member think you have been exposed to Covid 19 and have severe symptoms such as:

    • Trouble breathing

    • Persistent pain or pressure in the chest

    • New confusion

    • Inability to wake or stay awake

    • Pale, gray, or blue-colored skin, lips, or nail beds, depending on skin tone

Go to the nearest emergency room or call 911.

If you have an appointment for a regular checkup, please know that we are taking every step possible to make sure you are protected from possible COVID-19 exposure. However, if you are uncomfortable with leaving your house we are also offering telemedicine visits between our patients and their providers. These can be made from your smartphone or computer with webcam. Call 423-787-7000 and press option 0 for more information.
